If you're new to the Industry eXp Realty can provide to a "shadow agent" or mentoring professional that will help you through the complex process of transactions and how to deal with its various pitfalls. Through collaboration and training in the cloud, you also benefit greatly from the outstanding agents this company has to offer. I am a Certified Mentor and with my approval, would consider helping any new agent if I think we're a good fit. This can be time-consuming so I vet my agents. eXp Realty has its own standards as well and it varies locally, based on ability to monitor agents.
